Mortgage Advice Bureau names Jo Stent CFO and appoints her to board

Jo Stent will become group chief financial officer and join the board from 1 October 2026, subject to FCA approval for certain regulated roles. Emilie McCarthy steps down as CFO and director on 30 September 2026, while Nathan Imlach resigns as a non-executive director on the same date.
