Sivers Semiconductors to hold Oct. 22, 2026 EGM; proposes new auditor and share issuance

Sivers Semiconductors will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm on Oct. 22, 2026, to vote on replacing Deloitte with Ernst & Young, including a long-term incentive program with up to 7,280,000 employee stock options and related directed series C share issuance, plus authority to repurchase all outstanding series C shares and possibly sell treasury common shares to fund social charges.
