Sibanye Stillwater’s stake in Generation Mining fell below 10% due to dilution from a 375,000,000-share financing. The holding stayed at 32,813,127 shares, shifting from about 10.15% pre-offering to about 4.70% post-offering. It did not participate in the financing and bought or sold no shares in connection with the transaction.
