BayFirst Financial revised COO Robin L. Oliver, CFO Scott J. McKim employment terms

Revised employment agreements dated Sept. 24, 2026 set Oliver’s minimum annual salary at $350,000 and McKim’s at $325,000, both through Aug. 1, 2029 with annual one-year extensions; change-in-control or certain termination events trigger cash severance of 200% of base salary plus two-year average cash bonus.
