JLL arranges $44 million three-year construction loan for 31 Milk Street conversion in Boston

Funding from an affiliate of The Davis Companies, alongside S. USA Insurance, supports the office-to-residential conversion of the 1921 building into 110 rental units, targeted for 2027 completion.
