Vivoryon Therapeutics shareholders adopt all AGM agenda items

Vivoryon Therapeutics held its annual general meeting on Sept. 29, 2026, with shareholders adopting all agenda items; CFO Marcus Irsfeld was approved as an executive director, and Dr. Frank Weber and Dr. Michael Schaeffer were reappointed.
