Portfolio footfall rose 4.8% in April-August 2026; Spain +6.0% and Portugal +2.0%. Tenant sales +3.9%, 104 leases signed, new rents EUR 10.5 million, occupancy 98.9% and rent collection 98.7% at end-August.
