Webdyn bought 336,586 Adeunis shares at EUR 0.84 each in a cash offer and increased its stake to 91.32% on a non-diluted basis; including potential BSA exercise, it would hold 91.47% on a diluted basis. Adeunis shares remain suspended pending further notice.
