Hagens Berman EMEA begins legal action against BP over Iraq gas flaring

The law firm says it has sent a letter before action to British Petroleum and other parties over alleged pollution from gas flaring at the Rumaila oilfield near Basra, Iraq. Claimants intend to file proceedings in England and Wales, with equivalent action under Iraqi law if needed.
