The Grounds announces first five retailers for Winston-Salem mixed-use district

The Grounds said its first five retailers include The Jimmy, The Fieldhouse Tavern, Bagels & Co., TREMBLE and Allegacy Financial. The Retail & Dining Village is set to open in fall 2027 as part of Phase I investment underway at the development.
