Indosat holds extraordinary shareholder meeting, reappoints Vikram Sinha as president director

Indosat held an extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 29, 2026, endorsing board and senior management changes, accepting Seppalga Ahmad’s resignation effective July 5, 2026, and reappointing Vikram Sinha as president director effective the close of the 2027 annual meeting through the 2032 meeting.
