2020 Bulkers holds special general meeting, approves par value cut

Shareholders at a Sept. 29, 2026 special general meeting adopted plans to cut par value to US$0.01 from US$1 and reset authorized share capital, including increasing it to US$50 million via 4,925,000,000 new US$0.01 shares.
