ICICI Bank amends Japan annual securities report filing for fiscal 2025-26

ICICI Bank filed an amendment to its Annual Securities Report for fiscal 2025-26 with Japan’s Kanto Regional Finance Bureau, changing the legal basis for including Indian GAAP consolidated financials reconciled to U.S. GAAP to Article 328 item 2.
