European MGA growth hindered by fragmented regulation, panelists say

Panelists at the MGA Summit in Paris said inconsistent definitions, reporting requirements and supervision across Europe are slowing MGA expansion. They called for greater regulatory consistency and a clearer understanding of what constitutes an MGA.
