Agat Ejendomme buys CapMan’s 65% stake in BROEN Shopping, takes full ownership

Agat Ejendomme completed purchase of CapMan’s 65% stake in BROEN Shopping, lifting ownership to 100%. The deal is expected to raise annual earnings by DKK 9-11 million and generate a one-off gain of DKK 60-65 million in Q3 2026/27.
