Sir Henry now holds 9,712,185 Ordinary Shares representing 60.002 per cent. of the Company's voting rights. He also holds 86,674 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares representing 64.88 per cent of the total in issue excluding shares held in Treasury. Further details of the PDMR dealings are included below.
