CoreLogic: U.S. home prices rise 1.9% y/y in July, Case-Shiller index shows

CoreLogic said its analysis showed national home prices rose 1.9% year over year in July; 10-City gained 3.4% and 20-City rose 2.5%. Monthly growth was 0.1%. Chicago led at 6.9%, New York rose 5.8%, and Seattle fell 1.6%.
