Industrie De Nora converted 10,084,258 multiple-voting shares into 10,084,258 ordinary shares on a 1:1 basis following Snam-controlled Asset Company 10’s accelerated bookbuilding of about 5% of share capital, settled Sept. 24; total shares stayed at 201,685,174 and total voting rights fell to 482,479,048 from 502,647,564.
