U. S. Steel invests $28.3 million at Great Lakes Works

U. S. Steel said it has accepted delivery of a new fiber-optic laser beam welder at its Great Lakes Works pickle line. The upgrades are part of a $28.3 million investment and include dual-pass entry shears.
