SmartStop Self Storage plans CAD 74 million investment, ATM sale for up to $78 million proceeds

The REIT said it plans about USD 140 million of 2026 investments, including a CAD 74 million Canadian joint venture holding 14 properties and an ATM equity sale of 2,400,000 shares priced at $32.01 for up to $78 million gross proceeds.
