MidOcean Energy partners with PETRONAS for LNG Canada Phase 2 expansion

MidOcean Energy will participate in LNG Canada Phase 2 via a partnership with PETRONAS after the project FID on Sept. 29, 2026. Phase 2 adds two liquefaction trains at Kitimat, British Columbia, lifting capacity to 28 mtpa from 14 mtpa and doubling associated LNG volumes to 1 mtpa from 0 mtpa.
