Britannia appoints N. Venkataraman deputy managing director effective 1 October 2026
Britannia Industries Ltd said N. Venkataraman will cease to be chief financial officer and will become deputy managing director, effective 1 October 2026. Ramamurthy Jayaraman is appointed chief financial officer effective 1 October 2026.
Britannia Industries Ltd said on Sept 29 that it will appoint N. Venkataraman as deputy managing director effective 1 October 2026. The company said Venkataraman will cease to be chief financial officer from 1 October 2026. Britannia also said it will appoint Ramamurthy Jayaraman as chief financial officer effective 1 October 2026.
