El Paso gas pipeline SOC lifted for location-specific draft, effective gas day Sept. 29
An Operational Flow Order says the strained operating condition for a draft issued Sept. 28 was lifted effective Gas Day Sept. 29, applying only to Gas Day Sept. 28. Delivery point operators are encouraged to maintain scheduled quantities through Sept. 30.

As such the SOC was in effect for Gas Day September 28, 2026, only.
The following customer response has been sufficient to maintain EPNG's linepack within acceptable levels: DAPS PHX (300777) DAPS PHS (58302) DTEP S78 (301149) DAEPCWIL (300754) DEPECELP (300843) DEPECAFT (300842) Delivery point operators are encouraged to continue to deliver gas according to their scheduled quantities.
