(Adds details throughout) Sept 29 (Reuters) — India's Britannia Industries said on Tuesday it had appointed N Venkataraman as deputy managing director and Ramamurthy Jayaraman as CFO, effective October 1. Venkataraman, who is currently the packaged goods maker's CFO, joined Britannia in April 2007. Jayaraman has been with the company for 15 years and serves as the vice president of corporate finance at present.
