Artemis Capital-backed Optikos buys Omega Optical to combine optical design and metrology

Optikos, backed by Artemis Capital Partners, acquired Omega Optical to integrate optical design, coatings, components and metrology under one owner. David Cooper became CEO of the combined Optikos organization with immediate effect; existing customer programs and delivery schedules will remain unchanged, and Optikos plans growth investment to expand manufacturing capacity and add engineering talent.
