Creatd buys 10% stake in C2 Capital Group; non-binding LOI to acquire remaining 90%

Creatd acquired a 10% equity stake in C2 Capital Group, operator of livestreaming app C2 Live. A non-binding LOI covers buying the remaining 90%, subject to due diligence targeted for Q4 2026.
