Braze signs strategic collaboration agreement with AWS to expand AI customer engagement

Braze said it signed a strategic collaboration agreement with AWS to expand AI-powered customer engagement tools using AWS infrastructure, integrating Amazon Bedrock into BrazeAI Agent Console. It cited AWS Marketplace procurement and said global expansion will include availability in Asia Pacific regions Japan and South Korea for data residency needs.
