Quantum Critical Metals grants 1,400,000 stock options at $0.10 exercise price

Quantum Critical Metals granted 1,400,000 incentive stock options to consultants under its stock option plan. Options are exercisable at $0.10 per share for two years from the Sept. 28, 2026 grant date, vest immediately, and expire Sept. 28, 2028.
