Success Universe extends Pier 16 loan facilities to HK$90 million and MOP273 million under amended ICBC Macau deal

Success Universe will provide fresh financial assistance via revised Pier 16 property development facilities with ICBC (Macau) sized at HK$90 million and MOP273 million, with maturity extended to 12 months from June 23, 2026; it will issue a new guarantee covering 49% of total indebtedness and release an existing 49% guarantee liability of HK$490 million.
