Vertical Data held its 2026 annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 17, 2026; shareholders adopted amended and restated bylaws effective immediately, approved an articles amendment effective Sept. 24, 2026, and ratified Simon & Edward as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2026.
