Sware appoints former Gilead CIO Mark Hill to board

Sware said Mark Hill, currently chief digital and information officer at CSL Limited, has joined its board of directors. Hill previously served as CIO of Gilead Sciences and held senior technology roles at Merck and Schering-Plough.
