Capstone retires 85% of convertible note principal, leaving $1 million

Capstone Holding Corp. said it has retired approximately 85% of its original $6.82 million in convertible note principal, leaving $1 million outstanding. The company said the first of its two convertible notes is fully retired and only the October 2025 note remains.
