Sun Capital vehicle completes acquisition of Anderson Global

Sun Capital said a single-asset continuation vehicle sponsored by an affiliate completed the acquisition of Anderson Global. Financial terms were not disclosed; Sun said Anderson Global completed 14 add-on acquisitions during its partnership.
