LBD Engineering lifts stake in Metrocon to 63.9%

LBD Engineering raised its direct holding in Metrocon to 113,033,189 shares from 112,981,689 on Sep. 25, leaving its stake at 63.9% of issued shares. The purchase was 51,500 shares for S$12,875; Metrocon has 176,867,569 shares outstanding. Chairman Alvin Lim Yee Hong’s deemed holdings were 64.1%, unchanged.
