LONDON, Sept 29 (Reuters) — Schroders said its private markets head Georg Wunderlin is due to leave the British asset manager at the end of October, as the firm prepares to be taken over by US rival Nuveen, according to a statement. A Schroders spokesman said Wunderlin had helped build the Schroders Capital platform and support its growth, and said the company is entering the next phase after that work. Schroders is also in the midst of a broader leadership reshuffle ahead of integration by Nuveen, with several board changes planned. Bloomberg first reported Wunderlin's departure.
