Zone Frontier signs long-term ground lease with purchase option for 4,077 acres in Texas

Zone Frontier signed a 30-year ground lease for about 4,077 acres in Potter County, Texas for its West Texas data center campus, with 200 MW initial build potential and solar plus battery storage on at least 1,800 acres.
