OneMedNet will execute a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective 12:01 a.m. ET on Sept. 29, with shares expected to trade split-adjusted at market open under ONMD. Outstanding shares fall to about 5,928,645 from about 59,286,450; authorized shares unchanged. Fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.
