Asahi Kasei to consolidate pharma units under Asahi Kasei Therapeutics brand

Asahi Kasei will unify its global pharma operations under the Asahi Kasei Therapeutics brand, folding Asahi Kasei Therapeutics, Veloxis, Calliditas and AiCuris into one platform. The plan targets JPY 300 billion in pharmaceutical net sales by FY2030 and allocates about JPY 40 billion for in-licensing over three years.
