Climeon holds extraordinary meeting and approves directed issue of up to 539,500 Class B shares

Climeon AB (publ) said shareholders adopted a directed issue of up to 539,500 Class B shares at SEK 2.70 each at an extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 29, 2026, with all shares subscribed and allocated, under an accelerated bookbuilding directed issue announced Sept. 9, 2026 for up to 18,518,519 Class B shares.
