VGP starts construction of VGP Park Reggio Emilia Gavassa in Italy

VGP began construction of its first Italian business park in Reggio Emilia province, with Savino Del Bene leasing a 9,000-sq m building for a freight-forwarding facility. The 206,000-sq m development targets about 95,000 sq m of lettable area across four buildings and aims for BREEAM Excellent with rooftop solar planned.
