Netlist files ITC complaint alleging Micron infringes its HBM patents

Netlist has filed a new US ITC complaint seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders over alleged infringement of its HBM patents in AI computing, targeting Micron and naming Nvidia, Broadcom and Google as downstream respondents. The complaint cites US patents 12,308,087 and 12,646,537 and alleges they cover Micron’s HBM3E, HBM4 and HBM4E products.
