Tokyo Lifestyle converts JPY 510 million shareholder loan into equity via shares

Tokyo Lifestyle will convert JPY 510 million of shareholder-related loan principal into 12,106,893 newly issued ordinary shares on Sept. 29, extinguishing the principal in full. The repayment date was revised to Sept. 10, 2026.
