Caterpillar to acquire John Fabick Tractor Company, closing expected within 30 days

Caterpillar entered an agreement to acquire John Fabick Tractor Company, a Cat dealer with more than 100 years of operations. Closing is expected within 30 days, subject to regulatory clearance and customary closing conditions.
