Rockland Trust arranges $22 million financing for Pennrose’s Lenox housing project

Rockland Trust, a unit of Independent Bank Corp., arranged a USD 22 million financing package for Pennrose’s 68-unit mixed-income project at 238 Pittsfield Road in Lenox, Massachusetts. The development targets 57 affordable and workforce apartments and 11 market-rate units, with construction underway and initial resident move-ins expected in 2028.
