AVOXI report says 55% of enterprises already use AI voice agents

The report says 92% of organizations are using or planning to use AI voice agents within two years, while security and compliance concerns remain the main barriers to wider deployment. It also says enterprises operate in an average of 37 countries but have production AI voice deployments in only 17.
