Metalpha raises 2024 share incentive plan limit to 5,000,000 shares from 2,000,000

Metalpha amended and restated its 2024 Share Incentive Plan, increasing the maximum share pool to 5,000,000 ordinary shares from 2,000,000, effective September 28, 2026; other terms were unchanged.
