StorageVault Canada (SVI.TO) to fully repay 5.50% debentures due Sept 30, 2026 on Oct 1, 2026

The company said it will repay in full its 5.50% senior unsecured hybrid debentures due Sept. 30, 2026, on Oct. 1, 2026, at 100% of outstanding principal plus accrued and unpaid interest up to but excluding the maturity date; interest will stop accruing from the maturity date, with repayment funded by cash on hand and the SVI.DB.B debentures delisted from the TSX on Sept. 30, 2026.
