Decoy Therapeutics says preclinical data support once-weekly intranasal dosing for DCOY-CoV

Decoy Therapeutics said a single intranasal dose maintained drug concentrations above designed therapeutic levels for up to seven days in nasal mucosa and lung tissue, with extended tissue retention supporting prophylaxis for high-risk patients. The company expects the DCOY-CoV program to enter clinical trials in 2027.
