Cielo Waste Solutions rebranded as Esker Infrastructure, shifting to originating, structuring and financing low-carbon energy infrastructure projects. Shares are expected to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under ticker ESKR from Oct. 2, 2026, with the OTCQB ticker set to change to ESKRF.
