Kenya's Ruto: Dangote's Lamu refinery will be listed in Nairobi, govt will have a stake

Kenya's President William Ruto said on Tuesday in a post on X that the Kenyan government would have a stake in Dangote's Lamu oil refinery project and that ordinary Kenyans would be able to own shares via the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
